Kid had a birthday to day on my street. His dad is a cop here in chicopee. How does he get to have 3 marked police cruisers and a police pickup. 2 Fire trucks lights going and horns honking. Do a drive buy the kids house???? Who pays for this? Whats the cost to send out these city employees and vehicles on a standard run??????

Easy, it was great for the birthday kid plus it gives the police and fire department advertisement and great public relations. If you don't want the police or fire department, then go live in some backward country that does not protect its citizens!
